For the past eleven years her focus has been on business and real estate, as a broker, an attorney, advisor, investor and coach for thousands of people. She has successfully closed over 1,200 real estate transactions in five years of practice as an attorney. She has brokered over $15 million dollars in real estate and business deals. She has advised and coached hundreds of novice and seasoned real estate investors.

In addition to managing Hampton Marshall Brokerage Group, she serves as Managing Attorney for The Winfield, P.C., Attorneys at Law.

Her professional affiliations include The American, Illinois, and Chicago Bar Associations; The Chicago Associations of REALTORS®; NABFEME (National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment; and, the Black Entertaiment & Sports Lawyers Association. Attorney Winfield also serves on The Chicago Associations of REALTORS® Board of Directors and several other noteworthy not-for-profit organizations including: The ICONS Foundation, Style for Charity, Inc., NFP and The Sankofa Foundation.

She is a graduate of and volunteers for The Joseph Business School helping to educate other Christians on how to become successful entrepreneurs and business leaders using biblical principles. She is also an active member of Top Ladies of Distinction (Lincoln Park Chapter).

She earned her Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Entertainment Management from Columbia College Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.

Her favorite quote is a phrase by Adlai Stevenson – "It's not the years in your life, but the life in your years that counts."
