I'm new to real estate investing and passionate about being successful in this field. I have been studying real estate for the last 3 years. My husband and I both have full time jobs and each dedicate about 12-15 hours a week to our real estate endeavors.
We are currently working on obtaining our 3rd investment and enjoying the process!
Our other passion is traveling. We love to travel whenever we can and have been to Vancouver, B.C. for the first time this year. Our next big trip will be to the Philippines in 2011.
