I am a software programmer and real estate investor. I have bought and sold many rental units in the Fresno, Ca. area. I am always on the lookout for investment properties. I also developed a financial software application for Android mobile devices called FlowCast Pro to help calculate cash flow, ROI etc to help me select the right ones. A free version of the software is available at my website.
I am hoping to meet with other like minded individuals , maybe find some new business partners and perhaps introduce investors to my new mobile app and get some feedback on how to make it even more useful.

Experience

I made my first purchase at the age of 28 , it was a Duplex in Fresno, Ca that was actually two SFR divided by two yards and a fence. Soon after I purchased a SFR in need of bad rehab, sold it for almost double, then purchased another duplex. I purchased two more SFR 's and then built a commercial paint ball field.

I used to use a lot of excel calculations to determine cash flow and ROI, minimum rents and that kind of stuff. Now I am converting those calculations into mobile apps and I am currently developing real estate software to help other investors make the same kind of calculations.

Real Estate Goals

My three pronged goal is to acquire at least 10 rental properties and then start managing other peoples properties, using an automated system that streamlines most management operations , find business partners to help fund all cash deals, and continue to develop and improve the real estate software that I'm developing for real estate investors and property managers.

Currently Seeking

Recently closed escrow on a triplex in the Fresno area - Also on the lookout for a partner to enter into an all cash deal. Since I've been on the lookout , I'm seeing many great deals that I don't have the cash for, but might make great deals for someone who does.
