In 2001 i purchased my first home at the age of 20 now im 30yrs old after selling my home in 2006 and listening to a savy banker show me a graph that stood out to me till this day ... he said "kid every 10-15 yrs the real estate market takes a dive down.. and it seems to me this peak is going down a valley" No more said i listed my house with a friend and that was that... Ive been renting and waiting for the market to hit bottom and from the looks of it 2010-2011 looks to be the best time to buy..
