R&D Project Manager for global consumer electronics company. Have an interest in real estate investing and would like to learn more.

Real Estate Experience

Little actual experience to-date. I've owned a couple of personal homes. In my early years, owned a rental, built a spec home w/my father ~ but did not pursue real-estate investing in earnest. I'm R&D Project Manager by day for a large consumer electronics company, but have a renewed interest in investing. As my first-post indicates, my father recently acquired a piece of commercial real-estate through a foreclosure, so this go me thinking about commercial real-estate.

Learn! Explore potential investment opportunities in real-estate. Even with the current market it seems there are many opportunities for the savvy investor.
