A Beginner Wholesaler. I have a few residential houses/muit-units under contract and searching to build my buyers list.

To be another help in the real-estate industry to have win/win situations for the motivated seller, the wholesaler, and the buyer - that will put properties back to use, and get family off the streets, and into a home.

Once I build from wholesaling, I plan to purchase /lease option multi-unit properties(4 units or more) and put needy families in. Then expand to complexes.
