I co-own are a real estate investment company located in Wichita, KS named Square One Property Group. We deal in distressed properties and sell them to landlords, rehabbers, and retail buyers.

We are always looking to network with other investors, and are 100% committed to building investor partnerships within the Wichita area!

I am also an Independent Business Consultant with PMB International. They are poised to be the world's leading real estate resource for Private/Hard Money, with thousands of real estate transactions and 50 million dollars worth of real estate transactions under our belt.

Experience

I have been investing in real estate since August 2004. For the first several years, I primarily deal with passive investing (landlord), but branched out into more active investing in 2010.

Currently, my wife and I are actively working on multiple real estate deals in the Wichita, KS area. We primarily focus on wholesaling and no equity deals, but plan to branch out into rehabs by the end of 2011.
