After flipping my own house FSBO in 2002, I was bit by the real estate bug. Beginning with Carleton Sheets, I learned investing techniques that would help my family pay off debt and build wealth. In 2005 I was selected as one of the Millionaire Elite Award recipients and was taped for Carleton's infomercial in Naples, FL. After a huge setback after investing in Hurricane Katrina area properties, I heard about Robert Allen. I began with EWI as a student in February 2006. By July 2007 I was asked by my Coach to join the EWI Coaching team. By December I was asked to teach RE Basics and RE Strategies for the EWI Protege Program.

My personal investing has led me across the country. In March 2009, Dan Reedy and I co-founded Kansas City Cash Flow Academy in order to educate and actively participate with regular folks who are looking to steadily build up their monthly cash flow and long term equity. We do not believe in a shallow get rich quick, become a millionaire overnight hype, rather look to form long term relationships with our clients.
