I co-own a firm that invests in auto loans and commercial real estate. We evaluate investments in terms of cash flow and the value of the underlying asset. Lately, that has led us to retail commercial developments where we have national tenants with AAA credit that will sign a long term lease. We develop these retail sites and either sell them or refinance them and hold them long term.
Experience
I have a broad experience flipping residential homes, buying residential short sales, commercial and residential development & construction. I also owned and operated a mortgage brokerage when that market segment existed.
I am currently a licensed real estate agent - mainly working on my own deals.
Real Estate Goals
Build a portfolio of commercial real estate holdings, mainly retail development projects with national tenants that have long term leases.
Currently Seeking
Private bridge money for retail build to suit projects. Projects have AAA credit national tenants and solid exit strategies. These projects are in Idaho, Utah, and Nevada.
