As a portfolio investor, we have a large network of repeat investors who participate in our 1st Deed of Trust secured notes, earning upwards of 10% to 14% ROI. Our loan terms are from 12 to 24 months. We are an asset lender. We verify value and lend up to 60% LTV. We do note require our borrowers to provide tax statements, credit reports or proof of income. Instead, we rely on equity and exit strategy. That has kept us thriving for over 25 years. We are currently re-capitalizing for the first time in years due to such a high demand for private money.
