We Invest in Multi-Family properties. For 22 years I worked in Municipal Government as an Assessor. My goal is to own many tenant buildings including but not limited to places such as Maui, I want to own a Marina in Key West,Fla.

I have purchased a 10 Unit Mixed-Use Building. 8 -1 Bedroom and 2 Commercial Spaces. In addition to that property we own a 4 Unit residential.

I am an Assessor by trade for 22 years and decided to leave the Assessing Industry to become a full time Real Estate Investor.

Real Estate Goals

To be a full time Real Estate Investor. I would love to own rental property in Hawaii - Maui. The sky is the limit.

Currently Seeking

A Residential 45 Unit. When the condo market comes around sell them as condo's. Everything has a cycle
