Electrical Engineer by profession, very analylitical. Most of my career has been in business development and startups and I have been in real estate 4 years. My passion in real estate is representing investors. Bellingham Washington's Waterfront Development project is the largest in the country with a planned development of 200 waterfront acre's. It will connect the city to its waterfront with a new lifestyle of over the water boardwalks, residential development and a new marina. Phase I will be completed in 2016. Investment opportunities in adjacent properties and onsite development is huge. Bellingham is strategically located between Seattle WA and Vancouver BC and provides a unique life style to its residents. Our Waterfront Development Project will provide an economic and cultural stimulas to our community.

Real Estate Goals

Develop an investor client base to invest in the Bellingham Waterfront Development Project. Investment opportunities are in the Adjacent Properties and On-Site development of Commercial Office Space (1,000,000 sq ft) and Residential (3,600,000 sq ft).

I will provide the current and projected market value of the property based on property history, local economic history and forecast and comparables to similar waterfriont development projects.
