Electrical Engineer by profession, very analylitical. Most of my career has been in business development and startups and I have been in real estate 4 years. My passion in real estate is representing investors. Bellingham Washington's Waterfront Development project is the largest in the country with a planned development of 200 waterfront acre's. It will connect the city to its waterfront with a new lifestyle of over the water boardwalks, residential development and a new marina. Phase I will be completed in 2016. Investment opportunities in adjacent properties and onsite development is huge. Bellingham is strategically located between Seattle WA and Vancouver BC and provides a unique life style to its residents. Our Waterfront Development Project will provide an economic and cultural stimulas to our community.
