I am a real estate attorney with ten years' experience practicing landlord-tenant and real estate transactional law in New York City's landlord-tenant law firm. After leaving the firm, I started a property management & brokerage firm in Syracuse, NY and we are now expanding with an office in Manhattan. We primarily represent investors and we focus on investment properties that generate cashflow. We're doing great and we're entering a unique real estate market that should prove to be exceptionally rewarding for smart investors who want to buy low and invest over the term.
