In my own words...

I've been investing in real estate for the past 8 years. In Milwaukee WI and now here in California. I am relatively new to Pasadena/LA and I want to network with other investors in the area. I have done over 100 properties and still hold 25 properties with a partnership and 15 of my own. Collectively I manage about 60 doors. I have done mostly single family homes but also own an 8 a few 4's quite a few duplexes too. I flip, lease options, and rent my properties. I do pre- foreclosure deals and distressed sales. I work with hard money lenders regularly. I buy from wholesalers as well as run down property on my own. I want to network with experienced investors only. I am interested in going to the next level. A mentor for equity partner would be great. Help me and I'll help you. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
