I am a Real Estate Investor in New Jersey, I focus on Rehabs, Short Sales and Wholesales. I specialize in working with other Real Estate Investors (Buy & Hold, Buy, Fix & Flip, Lease Option and Landlord), Credit Challenged Buyers and First Time Home Buyers.
I began my career as a Mortgage Broker and Real Estate Investor in Chicago, IL with Pan American Mortgage; a well known Private Bank and Brokerage Firm in Chicago, IL. From the very beginning, my careers have fueled one another; my mortgage career has been fueled by the connections and relationships I've made over the years with Real Estate Investors, Real Estate Agents/Brokers, Lawyers, CPA's and Appraisers. These relationships allow me to provide the best service and become an information source for my clients and partners.
My company, Concero Property Investments LLC is a full scale Real Estate Solutions company; with a heavy emphasis on SOLUTIONS. We are based in Central, NJ and provide solutions for our sellers and buyers nationwide. There are many methods by which we provide real estate solutions and they range from: Purchasing Distressed Homes, Purchasing Short Sales (aka Pre-Foreclosures), Loan Modification, Mortgage Refinance, Lease Option Purchase and Real Estate Investment Consultation to name a few. Our goal is to create winning situations for anyone involved in our Real Estate transactions by helping anyone we can and providing excellent service. Ultimately what we are striving for is creating long term mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and partners.
I began my Real Estate Investing Career in Chicago, IL in 2006. I took a brief hiatus in late 2008 - mid 2009 and picked it back up in October in 2009.
My immediate goals are to: 1. Wholesale properties to investors who are actively purchasing and rehabbing properties in Northern/Central, NJ and Chicago, IL. The ideal investor is one that will take 5-10 minutes of their day to tell me exactly what they are looking for and what their goals are so I can find the right properties for them. My goal is to establish a long term relationship with any investor I work with. 2. To purchase Short Sale Properties from distressed home owners, in any condition, to then sell them to Real Estate Investors or Retail End Buyers depending on the condition of the property, the profit spread and the goals of the investors I work with. 3. In 2011 I am going to add a buy & hold strategy to my business, which will include the purchase of Short Sale properties and discounted properties.
