I get a kick out of helping real estate investors legally and ethically, keep more of what they earn!

Real Estate Experience

I started out as most people seem too, pounding nails and spreading paint on fix and flips.

Although I did well... as the years went by I and my aching muscles began to appreciate the value of letting my money do all the work by controlling properties mainly through options.

What a difference...got my life back said goodbye to my chiropractor and limited my downside risk.

Real Estate Goals

I am focusing on lending money secured by free and clear properties and am continuing my education to become proficient at picking up raw land for pennies on the dollar...oh yeah! :-)
