for sell from SERIOUS sellers ONLY.

All notes must be accompanied by
credit scores of at least 620 ( though 660
or better are preferable ), along with
at least a 30% [of the Original Selling Price] down payment plus 3 months payment history for Business Notes.

Residential Notes must be accompanied by the same credit score indicated above
plus at least a 20% [of the Original Selling Price] down payment. Thank you.
