Christina Inman—Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer—is an extremely accomplished 19-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry who has served as a master trainer, business consultant, residential property builder and real estate portfolio advisor, as well as an executive leader for established institutions such as Chase Manhattan and HSBC. Possessing over a decade of management experience concentrated within the mortgage wholesale and secondary markets, she understands the challenges and demands of succeeding in various financial environments.

Through hands-on experience and proven success, Inman is considered an expert within various industry arenas. She is recognized for her leadership in developing strategic direction, risk management activities, financial management and organizational development. During her tenure at both Chase Manhattan and HSBC, she played an integral part in the startup and rapid growth of both companies' sub-prime wholesale divisions. Under her leadership, in excess of 15BB residential wholesale loans were procured, underwritten, serviced and liquidated. This success facilitated steps the necessary to achieve the superlative growth within the North America territory that both organizations possess today.

Inman has been featured on numerous global media outlets and has co-authored several real estate books. Currently, she is a key executive of Sayco Equity Fund, Sayco Asset Management and Sayco Loan & Property Services. She is also a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, CAR, OCAR, NBAR and the National Association of Professional Women. Inman has earned and currently holds multiple state Broker-Officer licenses and a Class B Contractor’s License.
