My interest in real estate was ignited in the process of buying my home back in 1997. Not knowing where to start, I purchased one of those late night t.v. home study courses, and any book that screamed real estate investing. But sadly, I did what so many do when starting out - NOTHING!

It was until years later, after having enough of the roller coaster ride of frequent layoffs, did I really start to seriously INVEST in myself and the quality of education that would put me on the FAST TRACK of my real estate investing career.
