Product: Commercial and/ or Residential Perfoming and Non-Performing Notes and REO's.
Area Specific or Nationwide

-10m and below for individual property purchasers.
- 1m to 1b for bulk purchasers

THE PROCESS
A LOI and POF will be required.
Seller, and or seller's attorney will proof the buyer and then the tape will be released.
Between 24-48 hours a 10% refundable deposit in a nationally known title escrow company or Attorney escrow to secure your order during due diligence period.
After the due diligence period, a purchase contract will be sent. Upon execution, the purchase will proceed to closing.
A NC/ND must be signed before all dealings.

SELLERS
Only direct sellers, seller mandate or one away of REO's, Performing and Non-Performing notes both residential and commercial.
