Other than having a couple of family members who own or have had their houses built, I'm very much new to Real Estate.

Real Estate Goals

Short Term: To buy my first residential rental property in the next 6 months and attain positive net cashflow of at least $200/mo from the passive income generated by property.

Long Term: To build a multi-property portfolio in the next 2 years that provides $4000/mo in positive cashflow so that I can stop working my 9-5 job and become a full time investor.

Seeking lots of education through Books, People/Mentors, and Seminars. Also checking Real Estate listings EVERY DAY to keep my eyes open for opportunities!
