I am a now officially young Real Estate Investor, looking to network with other young real estate investors. This is the absolutely best time to be in real estate and like McDonalds... I'm loving it! : )

My Story:

I always knew that I was never going to work for someone else. It has always been my dream of owning not just one but several of my own businesses. After graduating for high school, I did what was expected of me and entered college. I hated it, mostly because I was never a "learn by the books" kind of girl, I needed something hands on, I needed to be out in the world learning while doing.

I didn't think I would get into real estate until much later in life (my 30s) as a landlord. But then I stumbled upon my cousins real estate program by Armando Montelongo. And its been a roller coaster ride full of knowledge ever since. I quit school for a full year to learn as much as I could about flipping and wholesaling, and never looked back.

It was also during that year off that I discovered BiggerPockets, in which I am forever in debt to Joshua Dorkin for creating, this forum has helped me tremendously (and saved me tons of money that I would otherwise be wasting on those Guru courses like the one above lol). I hope to teach others as much as I've learned here on BP.
