In my own words...

Working in commercial real estate development and management making money for my employer for 25 years. I'm now going to invest, manage and create wealth for myself.

Real Estate Experience

As a former CPA, I've worked in commercial and residential real estate development and management for 25 years. My company has developed over 3,000 single family lots, constructed almost 2,000 units of apartments and nearly 1,000,000 square feet of office, all in Texas. I currently oversee the management of approx. 900 apartment units and 900,000 square feet of office,

Real Estate Goals

For 25 years, I have worked in real estate for a salary with very little, if any, profit participation. I am now utilizing my experience for my own benefit. I currently own 12.9 acres with a 3,500 square foot custom home that I plan on subdividing. I acquired through a short sale. I have my first partial sale this July, 2009. I intend on rolling the profits into mix of rental property and homes with acreage so that I can repeat the process.

Education on SFH rentals.

Equity to acquire SFH on acreage in the surrounding DFW area.

I know this is a national website, but trying to explain to someone how the real estate market is in the US, is like asking what the temperature is in the US. I believe I'm in the best real estate market in the country
