For 25 years, I have worked in real estate for a salary with very little profit participation. I am now utilizing my experience, as well as leveraging my current company's organization and infrastructure, for my own benefit. I currently own 10.5 acres with a 3,500 square foot custom home that I plan on eventually subdividing. I acquired through a short sale. I completed a 2.5 partial sale July 2009. I'm rolling the profits into mix of rental property and homes with acreage so that I can repeat the process.
