Real Estate Goals

Short term: I want to begin the transition from my current career to one in real estate investing. My mid-term goal is for my real estate investments to provide sufficient income to transition to a full-time REI business developer. My long-term goal is for my REI business to provide adequate cashflow that allows me the financial and temporal freedom to "retire gradually" prior to age 50.

Currently Seeking

Any and all information that will help a smooth lift-off into the REI stratosphere... :) For now, this means a smaller "learner" duplex or triplex in West LA that is less than $500k.
