I try to think like a transaction engineer. Real estate investing is just problem solving and getting people to tell you the truth about their needs. Will never work for some one else again.

It is interesting and never the same. One of the few professions where creative thinking is richly rewarded. I need thirty total to reach my goals. Should reach that goal by year end 2009. Quality of Life is most important to me.
