I have been involved with Real Estate since 2001. I began when I studied Real Estate at Pennsylvania State University. I then moved on to work in a position as a project manager for the 5th largest residential home builder in the country. After three years of building homes for my employer, I decided to invest in my own projects and perform construction for myself. Around that same time, I also began doing construction for some investors in philadelphia. I soon left my job in order to run my own business full time. I have invested in many properties since and have come to the realization that there are way more good opportunities out there than I am personally capable of getting financing for. To day I continue to do as many projects for myself as possible, and have recently began building a solid group of investors to take on other opportunities I find along the way. For some investors I will only find a deal for them or do construction while for others I have become a one stop shop for all of their investment needs. I find the property, perform construction, help get financing, title insurance, manage the property or help sell the property. I feel the members of this forum should find much interest in what we have going on in the city of Philadelphia.
