I am a beginner at Wholesaling, some of this is new and seems a bit scary to me at first, I only seen about three houses and have none under contract as of yet. I see tons of opportunity but someone always beats me to it, this is truly a competitive market, but my head is always in the game...I started in January 2011, hoping to get my first deal this month as I am just getting used to the process, the strategies and learning to deal with these type of people in the real estate game.
