	Thanks for the add Mr. Grigg. I have been in Real Estate for about 4yrs. In different areas during that time, i'm still a licensed real estate agent, i'm also a licensed loan originator but i may work part time for a mortgage banker instead of a broker. I also have 2 partners and we are setting up our LLC and and we will have an investment/wholesale company. I wholesale right now in Indianapolis, after about a year i want to be in multiple states. 	it looks like we do the same kind of deals. I am particularly interested in apartments. Would also love to discuss with you about private lenders.
