We are distressed property experts. Our acquisitions are opportunistic in nature and focused on a viable exit strategy. Our holding time is 3 to 7 years. We look for value added opportunities that include the creation of new income streams, through washer/dryer rentals, change-over to tenant-paid utilities, telephone, cable and high-speed internet services, vending machine revenue, expense management and rental rate growth. Property needing renovation and/or repositioning in its local market are specifically targeted. Our primary acquisitions are multi-family assets.
