I have been investing in real estate since 1985. I started young and broke, but soon learned about creative seller financing. I special in these strategies and coach people all over the US and UK. I am mostly known for lease options and subject tos, because I have a pretty popular book on the topic, but my heart is in anything creative (wraps, sub tos, contract for deed and lease options) I have done hundreds of deals and currently do about 2 deals per month in Michigan.

Experience

I have done a few deals..and anything from land development, new construction, rehabbing, multifamily but my favorite is the creative financing stuff.

Real Estate Goals

Do 1-2 deals per month and flip them...get the remainder of my homes paid off - to hold for long term rental income.

Currently Seeking

Good deals in Michigan - maybe other areas, but really focused on my home town now. I also started the Michigan Real Estate Investors site and group in my area. I am focused on the great deals I have in my own back yard right now.
