Hi, My name is Robert Woodruff. I'm CEO and founder of Woodruff Investing Inc. and Woodruffinvesting.com.

Some of my other Businesses are Woodruff Wellness Centers and Woodruff Medical Supply Stores.
I have been investing since 1997. My current business activities include, Presenting the Keys to Cash Flow and Coaching other investors on the importance of cash flow. Acquiring Commercial Cash Flow Deals... Medical Equipment Stores, Mobile Home Parks, Self Storage, and Resorts. I enjoy rewarding my investors with great returns.

Experience

Started out with mobile home rentals in college. Then started flipping houses. Started Holding Houses Sub-2, then started holding mobile homes again only in much larger numbers. Now, I'm using the cash flow knowledge to aqcuire much larger investments; mobile Home parks, self storage, and durable medical equipment supply stores and Chiropractic Wellness Clinics. I own the property for these busineses as well.

Real Estate Goals

All my Major Goals have already been met. I enjoy financial freedom thru passive income and my Quality of Life is improving with every deal!!!
