I haven't had a "real job" since I left the U.S. Army as a Captain in 1982! I'm a serial entrepreneur who has mastered the art of exploiting the obvious for fun and profit! As I see it, self-employment is just as much a lifestyle as it is a way to earn a livelihood. And when you’re working for yourself, there are no office politics, dress codes, or petty rules and promotion boards to contend with. I'm also a professional real estate coach who specializes in coaching Realtors, individual investors, property owners and homebuyers. I offer personalized, detailed, in-depth, one-on-one coaching sessions that are tailored to meet each individual student's needs. My coaching services are available via telephone on Skype, by e-mail messages, or in person in the comfort and privacy of students' homes or offices. I provide step-by-step guidance and literally walk my students through everything from putting a real estate deal together to negotiating the terms and sale price of an investment property or home, to solving complex problems that scare off most people in the real estate coaching profession! I educate, motivate and advise my students on everything from good old fashioned salesmanship, to how to choose an investment strategy or home that's right for them.
