I am an experienced short sale negotiator and REO agent in the top 10 percent of producing agents in terms of sales volume for the Yuba-Sutter area. I actively represent both buyers and sellers, though my recent focus has shifted to primarily listing REO properties and short sales.

On a professional level, as an agent, my main goal is to help my clients liquidate their assets efficiently and effectively while minimizing costs that erode profits.
