I live to serve God and help my fellow people live a fulfilling life. Messed up a lot in life but thanks to Jesus things are very good now. Trying to succeed at this investing so that we may further the kingdom of God. God bless you all and your endeavors.

Experience

None yet. Have made lots of phone calls and meetings. Talking with Banks, agents, title companies, homeowners, real estate investor/agent, and have been to investment club meetings. Soon, one will come, Lord willing.

Real Estate Goals

Will make $60,000 by the end of December 2008. The goal is $45,000 flipping contracts and $15,000 in short sales, minimum. Then in year 2, I will develop my skills and reach at least $100,000 in whole sales/flipping, and $25,000 in short sales. By year 3 want to have my company up and running with at least 2 employees. Lord willing.
