I am a school teacher and newbie real estate investor. I have been learning how wholesaling works and am currently compiling my buyers list and scouting different properties in Ct and MA. My goals are short and long. First ofcourse I want to make my first real estate deal but I also want to have at least 10 cash buyers on hand for my deals. My long term goals are to make a billion dollars from real estate investments so I can fund my many dreams which involve helping children.
