In my previous position at Metropole Realty Advisors, I had many opportunities to advance on my path towards becoming a versatile real estate professional. Over the past several years I was an integral part of many different aspects of the business, including finance, construction, leasing, legal work, marketing and due diligence efforts. Achievements on our flagship project at 681 Fifth Avenue included leasing several floors of office space, building out our new headquarters, closing a $130 million dollar loan in an exceptionally tough debt market, working with Tommy Hilfiger as they completed their 22,500 square foot flagship store and completing a total renovation of 45,000 square feet of unique class A office space. I have also worked on other projects, such as the launch of our brand “Luxury Row” in Waikiki through multiple media sources and a lavish party with the Mayor of Honolulu. I have learned a lot about management, teamwork, strategy, financial analysis, communication and how to create and leverage diverse relationships to achieve first-rate results on time.

To become a full time investor with freedom to work on deals for my own account and control over my own company that provides me and my team with everything we need to live a fulfilling but not overly materialistic life.

Rehab deals that will let me build up my equity so that I can invest in larger multifamily deals. I am open to looking at almost anything though since I always learn something.
