We are a small husband and wife operation that buys and resells properties on the lower end of the market. We are looking to build our buyers list to make selling our properties easier, build relationships with investors all around the country by selling them very good deals and learn more about automating our business by talking with other investors to see what works for them.
Experience
We have bought and sold 4 REO properties. We are still pretty new so we want to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible.
Real Estate Goals
Want to try different types of investment and get to the point where we can do 3-5 deals per month and also start building passive income from seller finance notes or rentals to at least $10k/month in the next 10 years.
