Our well-connected relationships with PRIVATE major domestic and international banks allow us to offer extremely favorable terms for project financing options.

Our basic terms are: 2% + LIBOR; NO fees; NO credit requirements; 25% deposit (cash preferred, but SBLC or BG may be acceptable); and preferred minimum loan request $10M USD.
