ASG Real Estate is currently seeking distressed assets, commercial and residential in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, in CA. We have raised private capital for the following:

1) SFR / 2-4 units - short sales, pre-REO, REO properties that can be bought under-market value so we may rehab, re-tenent, and resell.

2) Commercial - broken development deals, under valued apartments, strip retail in Los Angeles County.
