I'm glad to have found this forum and look forward to learning a great deal, as well as possibly contributing to these helpful discussions.

I am a principal, a full-time real estate investor and owner of Premier Funding, LLC. We facilitate the buying and selling of real estate, both residential and commercial in several ways. We bring to the table creative problem solving ideas, and then provide either private funding or "flexible" financing options, especially for the more difficult-to-complete transactions.

It is all about solving client's problems by not limiting the deal to conventional or traditional ways of thinking. If we can put forth an alternative "workable" solution that meets the need of all parties and takes it to closing then we call that a true win-win-win outcome. This has worked well for us for nearly 15 years

Experience

My real estate experience started as a part-time venture in 1994 with the majority of my investing being in the purchase (holding & resale) of private financing, ie Notes and Liens. I gained experience working with real estate agents, attorneys and other private investors in completing simultaneous closings. I have done approximately 20-25 rehab projects using private money partners, funded home builders construction and recently successfully developed a small single-family subdivision.


Real Estate Goals

As a result of this year's successful move into commercial funding, we are looking to grow and diversify our business further into typically "hard-to-fund" projects.


Currently Seeking

Funding "Buy & Flip" transactions has become our speciality niche. We are aggressive with hypothecation loans, buying bank or commercial mortgage company first mortgage loans and "broken condo projects", so keep us in mind!

We buy many types of financing - real estate notes and mortgages, business notes, commercial notes, etc. If you have a scenario that needs some fresh ideas - we love resurrecting "dead deals" and bringing them to closing so that you get paid.
