In my own words...

I'm currently a Heavy Equipment Operator in Edmonton, Alberta. I just made my first deal May 19th 2009 and I'm a first time home owner of a 3 year old top floor condo!

This will be my primary residence and I'm already looking into investment properties, but in all reality I plan to build a safety net again before I make any deals. I hope to have an investment property in a year from now.

I have reached all my goals I set at 16 (I'm now 21) so I have made lots more and I will not stop for anything. I strive for success.

I'm quite the motivational speaker (for younger teens) I've been told I've changed MANY lives in financial , addictions and other issues, and I will not stop as its something I love to do.
