I have always had a passion for real estate. My new interest is "Lonnie" deals, buying & selling used mobile homes.

I have spent lots on training but no actual experience, yet :-)
Real Estate Goals
I want to start by buying & selling traditional "Lonnie" deals. Over the next 2-3 years moving into mobile home park investing.
Currently Seeking
I am seeking a mentor in my local area to help point me in the right direction & avoid common pitfalls.
I am also seeking a note buyer for mobile home paper to keep my deal flow going.
