Brooklyn, New York
Graduated from The Wharton School in 2007 with a B.S. in Economics and concentrations in Real Estate and Legal Studies.
Currently living in Brooklyn and starting out in the world of Investing. I'm an avid learner and always on the look out for valuable knowledge and the wisdom and advice of those more experienced than myself.
I've worked with residential developers and contractors. I have experience with job site supervision, managing labor as well as trades, bidding out projects, dealing with utilities, phone companies, lawyers, architects, and zoning boards.
As of yet I haven't completed my first deal. But that will change in the upcoming weeks
Right now my strategy is acquire bank owned properties that are being sold at a discount. From there I will either rehab and market at retail or simply re-list and wholesale the property.
Within the next 2 years I will have at least 10 deals under my belt and plenty more to go.
