I began working for WAMU in 96 as a mortgage AE, was an AE for several years also did some processing here and there. I started my own company in 2004 from the sense of what was needed in the industry for buyers to have the needed funds to close their loans. That was where the lines of credit came in then my list of contacts grew and now im doing TRUE REO packages from top 25 banks.

Im pretty blessed to be around a group of professionals whose goals in life are pretty much similiar to my own ad believe that success means more than building you up it means bringing the next person up beside you. My goal is continue to find clients that need this REO product while it lasts and capitalize in this market and get back into my commercial lending with bridge loans and hedge funds.

True REO sellers that can provide either an LOA or executed purchase contract for the product they are trying to sell in CA, TX, & FL.
