Real Estate Experience

Investor since 1989, mainly active from 1997 to 2004. A bad court decision while being overleveraged upended the investing business, but I'm recovering, gradually building credit, and starting to do low-end deals.

Real Estate Goals

Build credit and have a huge credit (and eventually actual cash) "war chest" to do conservative wholesale, fix & flip, and/or lease-option deals, eventaully moving into commercial as finances allow, ending up with a conservative rental and diverse investment portfolio for retirement.
