Real Estate Experience

I've only purchased a 4 unit property with a partner. I feel that I needed to learn more about the business so I've been educating myself for the most part and will be getting back into investing soon.

I would like to begin my investment business by rehabbing run down properties and then also having rentals.

Currently Seeking

Currently just seeking some type of way to get "reserve" funds instead of by wholesaling properties and also unable to save from my 9-5.
