I'm an aspiring real estate investor, looking to network with other like-minded individuals and also learning from others as well as sharing my experiences.

I've only purchased a 4 unit property with a partner. I feel that I needed to learn more about the business so I've been educating myself for the most part and will be getting back into investing soon.

I would like to begin my investment business by rehabbing run down properties and then also having rentals.
