Real Estate Experience

We have been studying rei for over 2 years and are now ready to begin investing with a focus on wholesaling. The market we're in is one of familiarity since myself and partner have lived here in the Fox Valley (WI) our entire lives. My partner's experience is in the construction trade. He is proficient at estimating repair costs and has relationships built with local contractors who can perform the tasks we need to get the properties rehabbed.

Real Estate Goals

Our goals this year are to wholesale enough houses to set aside a cash reserve for acquiring at least one property at a time without having to borrow from a bank or hard money lender. We then plan to continue wholesaling and complete 3-4 rehabs per year. Our focus is to maintain control of our deals by only doing enough deals to meet our financial goals and allowing ourselves free time away from investing to do the things in life besides investing that we enjoy.
