I graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting and have worked in various positions in sales, accounting, and real estate. In 2006 I started Michael Greenway as a real estate investment company.

Experience

I started flipping properties in the suburban Atlanta, GA real estate market in 2006. After the market changed and selling property became increasing more difficult, I converted the single family homes that I held in my investment portfolio in rental units and have been landlording ever since.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to increase my investment portfolio at a steady pace. I would like to purchase, renovate, and market 3 rental properties in the next few months and 1 - 2 rental properties per month in 2010.

In the long term I would like to build a portfolio of 50 rental investment properties and add additional properties to "flip" when the right deal comes along.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking commercial financing for my real estate portfolio. I would like to obtain financing in my company name that would either cover my entire portfolio as a blanket or portfolio loan or individually. With the loans off of my personal credit reports I would like to use my capital to acquire additional properties.
