In my own words...
First I like to say I love networking with people in the business who are serious about real estate. I buy and hold as well as buy and resell 70% or better so other investors can make hugh profits. I have been in the mortgage business for 4 years and also been a real estate agent for small amount of time. I have such a great passion for this business and looking to work with people that feel the same.
Real Estate Experience
I worked in the mortgage business for 4 years with Mission Hill Mortgage Bankers, and World Trust Mortgage. I have been investing in real estate since Dec. 2007
Real Estate Goals
My real estate goals is to work hard at my success and become a millionaire in this business. Build a powerful networking team and enter into million dollar deals. I want to own over 100 investment home in five(5) years. Turn our real estate Investment Corporation into into a successful company.
Currently Seeking
We are looking for serious investors that can move quickly on properties that are below market value. We are also looking for wholesalers that can bring us good deals. I'm always looking to work with other investors in joint ventures.

Bruce, Thanks for asking me to be a colleague. I have money but little time to invest. I retired from real estate (I owned a mortgage company, United American Capital Corp.) It sounds big but it was small time. In invested in 8 properties during the last recession and sold them all around five years latter (I lose track of the dates). Anyway, I pocketed the money and figured I would buy notes, which was the traditional way to retire. Lo and behold, there were no notes to be had, since banks were lending to anyone who could fog up a mirror. I now need to invest my money. By the way...what is a wholesale buyer?
