Hello everyone. I'm the Billionaire Kid and I'm 20 years old. Currently, I'm working hard to expand my knowledge about the real estate market. I'm grateful to be on a forum with so many wise people. I look forward to learning from those with experience here and am humbled by everyones willingness to give.
Experience
I currently have minimal experience. The only things I've done so far is analyze deals and haven't gone further because the numbers didn't make cents. ;)
Real Estate Goals
To establish my first real estate deal. I will be looking for a rental property with good numbers in a growth market per advice from Dolf de Roos. Using the loads of information I've gained here, I now believe I'm on the correct path to making this a reality.
